وقعت شبكة المرأة السورية مذكرة تفاهم مع منظمة ايلاف للاغاثة والتنمية  لدعم وتمكين المرأة في سوريا وتركيا. وهي تهدف إلى تعزيز التنمية المستدامة وتنفيذ نهج الترابط الثلاثي، الذي يجمع بين المساعدات الإنسانية وجهود التنمية وأنشطة بناء السلام لتعزيز قدرة المجتمع على الصمود والأدوار المجتمعية للمرأة. ويضمن هذا النهج استجابة شاملة ومنسقة للأزمات والتحديات الطويلة الأجل، مع مراعاة الاحتياجات الفورية للسكان المتضررين (المعونة الإنسانية)، ونقاط الضعف الأساسية التي تتطلب معالجة (جهود التنمية)، وأهمية التماسك الاجتماعي والاستقرار (أنشطة بناء السلام). علاوة على ذلك، من خلال التأكيد على تمكين المرأة، يضمن النهج أن المجتمع بأكمله يمكن أن يستفيد من مشاركتها النشطة وقيادتها ومساهماتها في بناء القدرة على الصمود والتنمية المستدامة.

Syrian Women’s Network has signed a memorandum of understanding with the ELAF for Relief and Development  to support and empower women in Syria and Türkiye
They aim to promote sustainable development and implement the triple nexus approach, combining humanitarian aid, development efforts, and peacebuilding activities to enhance community resilience and women’s societal roles.
This approach ensures a holistic and coordinated response to crises and long-term challenges, taking into account the immediate needs of affected populations (humanitarian aid), the underlying vulnerabilities that require addressing (development efforts), and the importance of social cohesion and stability (peacebuilding activities). Moreover, by emphasizing the empowerment of women, the approach ensures that the entire community can benefit from their active participation, leadership, and contributions to building resilience and sustainable development
