المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة :
– خبرة عمل لاتقل عن سنة في مجال العمل اللوجستية
– خبرة في مجال العمل على قضايا النساء السوريات
– من سكان المدينة التي سيعمل ضمنها
– معرفة باحتياجات النساء في هذه المدينة
المهام الأساسية :
– التأكد من سلل المساعدات ومن احتواءها على المواد المتفق عليها مع المورد
– التحقق من تواريخ الصلاحية للمواد الغذائية المشتراة من قبل الموردين.
– إعداد قوائم للعائلات التي سيتم تقديم المساعدات لها وفقا شروط ومعايير المشروع .
– التواصل مع العائلات والحصول على كافة المعلومات المطلوبة
– تبليغ العائلات بأماكن وتواريخ ومواعيد استلام المساعدات
– الاشراف على عمل فريق التوزيع ضمن كل مدينة .
– تقديم المساعدة المطلوبة من قبل المسؤول اللوجستي في المشروع

The Syrian Women’s Network announces its desire to contract with a logistic assistant
The Syrian Women’s Network / Shams is a non-profit organization licensed in Turkey since 2013 working in the field of training and capacity building of women, advocacy and defense of their rights, aiming to build a democratic society based on freedom, justice and gender equality. The network consists of a group of organizations and individuals.
It is currently seeking to attract (female or male) experts to work within its current projects
Required qualifications and experience
Work experience of not less than one year in the field of logistic work
Experience in working on Syrian women’s issues
A resident of the city in which the work will take place
knowledge of the needs of women within the city
Basic tasks
Ensure that kits contain the materials agreed upon with the supplier
Checking the expiry dates of foodstuffs purchased by suppliers.
Preparing lists of families to whom assistance will be provided in accordance with the terms and criteria of the project.
Communicating with families and obtaining all required information
Notifying the families of the places, dates and times of receiving the aid
Supervising the work of the distribution team within each city.
Provide the assistance required by the project logistics officer
Work place: Gaziantep, Urfa or Antakya
