– خبرة عمل لاتقل عن سنتين في مجال المتابعة والتقييم
– خبرة في مجال العمل على قضايا النساء السوريات
المهام الأساسية :
– اعداد خطة المراقبة والتقييم للمشروع
– تصميم الاستبيانات والنماذج لأغراض المتابعة والتقييم
– متابعة تطبيق معايير المساءلة في المشاريع
– جمع البيانات واجراء المقابلات مع مختلف المستفيدين واصحاب العلاقة للتحقق من الرضى ومتابعة حل الشكاوى
– تعبئة الاستبيانات الورقية والالكترونية الخاصة بانشطة المشروع وضمان الحصول على معلومات دقيقة .
– كتابة تقرير المراقبة والتقييم النهائي

The Syrian Women’s Network / Shams is a non-profit organization licensed in Turkey since 2013 working in the field of training and capacity building of women, advocacy and defense of their rights, aiming to build a democratic society based on freedom, justice and gender equality. The network consists of a group of organizations and individuals.
It is currently seeking to attract (female or male) experts to work within its current projects
Required qualifications and experience
Work experience of not less than two years in the field of monitoring and education
Experience in working on Syrian women’s issues
Basic tasks
Prepare the monitoring and evaluation plan for the project
Design questionnaires and forms for monitoring and evaluation purposes Follow up the application of accountability standards in projects
Collecting data and conducting interviews with various beneficiaries and stakeholders to verify satisfaction and follow up on resolving complaints
Fill out paper and electronic questionnaires related to project activities and ensure accurate information is obtained
Writing the final monitoring and evaluation report
